Ramen Tasting Tour
This tour visits 3 different ramen shops, where you'll taste the most popular bowls of ramen. To build up your appetite, we can include some local activities between the visits. Make It a Day to Fill Your Stomach to Your Heart's Content!
Make-Your-Bowl Ramen Class
You'll make the famous Sano ramen using a big bamboo stick. Enjoy a bowl of ramen you made from scratch. This is about a 3-hour (half-day) experience. Let’s plan something to fill the rest of the day.
Ramen Dojo 1-Day Class
Spend a full day in the kitchen making different types of soup, learning to roll out dough using a big bamboo stick, and preparing toppings. If you want to learn something more specific, please send me your request.
Ramen Dojo 3-Day Mastery Course
For those coming to Sano to master ramen, I can arrange accommodation and other activities before, during, and after the course. We'd like to know your intentions and plans so that we can cater to your needs.
