Take a walking tour of historic Tochigi City, where many old storage buildings are still preserved. Wear a kimono as you explore the city. You can hop on a boat where a friendly boatman will sing you traditional songs, rain or shine. After a long day, you can relax with a Yin yoga class and sound bath at a farmer's studio/café in the suburbs. Why not stay a night at a traditional Japanese inn? The owner will welcome you with a big friendly smile, and perhaps we can invite a local festive group to share a joyful night. Many unique experiences await you in this quiet yet exciting town.

• Walking tour of the historic town, including a few museum visits and  lunch at Kominka (traditional old Japanese house) cafe 

• Wearing a kimono (Yukata)

• Boat ride with traditional songs sung by a sendo(boatman) 

• Yin yoga and sound bath with homemade organic dessert at a farmer's café/studio in the suburbs (optional)

• Staying at a traditional Japanese inn, with live music and dance performances upon request (optional)​
